Felix Diaz

Felix started his career as a high school intern at a robotics startup, where he immediately launched an innovative new robotics training program. While pursuing a dual degree in computer engineering and philosophy, he continued to seek innovation and entrepreneurship by collaborating with the local startup economy and investing in mentoring.

Felix spent his first six months at Dekker sitting down and meeting with every single person at the firm, spending his time listening and understanding what gets people excited about coming into the office every day. Through these conversation, Felix leads by discovering where the most opportunities for innovation, efficiencies, and increasing impact across all teams. As Chief Transformation Office, Felix continues this work by leading firmwide transformation and innovation efforts, and ensuring that Dekker continues to evolve to meet the needs of clients, our markets, and our team.

Felix is passionate about making space for every person to try bold ideas by meeting every idea with a curious "maybe" or "yes" as a starting point. Rather than accepting the impossible, he broadens the definition of what's possible by drawing out and advancing the most impactful work each individual contributes to the firm as a whole. By translating strategic vision into actionable initiatives, Felix champions new ways of working, mobilizes people, and builds momentum for sustainable change.

When not working, Felix enjoys finding new paths for self-improvement, whether it be reading books, snowboarding, spartan racing, or constantly building cool new tools to simplify his life.
