Making spaces that feel good

A multidisciplinary interior design firm in New Mexico, Arizona, and Texas

As a multidisciplinary interior design firm, our designers collaborate with our architects on all project types. We create interiors that bring people together and places that make people feel good.

Transforming a building into a place

Have you ever walked into a building and immediately felt a sense of peace or relief? That’s the magic of interior design. Led by principal Megan Holubiak, our designers excel in creating spaces that promote wellbeing and feel rooted in a sense of place. Because not all schools or hospitals or offices should be created the same.

We weave sustainability and wellness into every project. With certifications like WELL AP, FITWEL, and LEEP AP, our experts take occupant wellness seriously. This can include promoting healthy habits like moving around, using the stairs, changing postures, and encouraging collaboration and conversations with others.

Our interior designers collaborate with our in-house sustainability team to design sustainable solutions for every project scope, even if sustainability certifications like LEED are not being pursued. Biophilic design elements are introduced to help bring people closer to natural elements, and data from our in-house Building Performance Analysis tests help designers consider glare and temperature when choosing materials.

Highlight what matters most with branded design

Our designs effortlessly incorporate elements of your brand. From branded wayfinding to material choices to wall graphics, we make sure your new space aligns with the rich history and context of your organization.

We have experience following brand guidelines for k-12 schools, higher education institutions, healthcare, multifamily developments, and corporate settings. Our team can also help you develop your own brand guidelines for interior design.

Designing in partnership with you

Every project starts with clearly defining and understanding what goals and aspirations you have for the project. These goals become a “north star” that guides every design decision. More ways we help:

FACILITIES IMPROVEMENT PLANS
DEMYSTIFYING RENOVATION VS. NEW BUILD. With our multidisciplinary partners, we survey your current space and key users to understand current usage and future needs. These highly detailed plans cover things like: existing conditions summaries, design opportunities, detailed space planning studies, preliminary conceptual renderings, and estimated costs.

FURNITURE DESIGN + PROCUREMENT
YOUR FURNITURE SELECTION, SORTED. We have relationships with trusted dealers and can help facilitate procurement, including assisting with bids/quals packages. Our team is also experienced at navigating contracts that help clients avoid a bidding process while still meeting procurement regulations.

CUSTOM + ENVIRONMENTAL SIGNAGE
IMPACTFUL GRAPHICS FOR YOUR PROJECT. We create graphics to fit your needs: communicating critical information and showcasing your brand.

PILOT CLASSROOMS
TRY BEFORE YOU BUY FOR K-12 SCHOOLS. We offer a smarter approach to furniture acquisition for your unique school setting. Schools can try out a furniture layout in an existing classroom or other space, to ensure it works for real needs. Once you're happy with the furniture placement and choices, we work with your budget and our dealers to get bulk discounts.

Team Licenses + Certifications

With over a dozen designers across our Albuquerque, El Paso, and Phoenix offices, the team works on a wide variety of project types. Our multidisciplinary interior design firm is fully integrated with Dekker’s architectural studios.
