Gregor remembers his dad bringing home a Kaypro IV ‘portable’ computer the size of a suitcase. He liked playing text-based versions of Donkey Kong and Asteroids on it, sparking a lifelong interest in technology. More than 30 years later, that same curiosity continues to drive his work at Dekker, where he helps keep the firm at the forefront of technological change. Innovation is never finished. As Managing Director of Systems + Security, Gregor leads the firm’s strategies for digital infrastructure, data systems, cybersecurity, and information integrity. He translates forward-thinking ideas into practical solutions that strengthen operations, support business goals, and prepare the firm for the future. By fostering a culture of service, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement, Gregor empowers teams to deliver secure, resilient, and effective technology solutions. He champions collaboration and productivity while thoughtfully evaluating the costs and benefits of emerging technologies. He also promotes firmwide accountability for cybersecurity awareness, data stewardship, and responsible technology use that protects the firm, its people, and its clients. Gregor is passionate about solving complex challenges, mentoring others, and helping teams succeed. He enjoys giving back to the community through volunteer work with organizations important to him. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, woodworking, and playing piano.
