Canadian Mid-High School
The existing high school and junior high school campuses of Canadian Mid-High back up to each other, but are at different elevations of topography. There is a 14ft elevation change between the campuses.
A new addition connects the two campuses with a two-story addition which allows classrooms to match each level of the existing campuses, provides an ADA route across the entire campus, and provides a new cafeteria/kitchen to serve both campuses. The addition is designed to match the original historical campus.
In 2015, a streetscape project was completed to enhance the original historical campus and remove all overhead utility lines, improve drainage, and provide new landscaping. The school board also added a new secondary gymnasium to the project to aid in the daily scheduling of athletics, physical education, and after-hour practices.
