Emily leads Dekker with a people-first approach, grounded by strategic vision. As CEO, she listens deeply in- and outside the organization to understand what’s possible: aligning the firm around shared purpose. Focused on continuous improvement and long-term impact, she shapes an environment where everyone knows where we’re going and where their best ideas will take them furthest.
Firm leadership creates opportunities across the firm to provide space for innovation, encourage great design, and foster the entrepreneurial spirit that Dekker has been known for more than 65 years. Beyond the firm, we lead through service and deep listening, finding opportunities to improve the communities we live and work in, and connecting the right people to get the job done.
